ACCES has held seven virtual job fairs for Afghan nationals to explore their work and settlement interests, and many Afghan newcomers have received job offers. The organization will expand its reach beyond the GTA, working with TalentPool in Calgary to deliver larger-scale job fairs across Canada. So far, Canada has accepted 9,560 Afghan refugees.

translation and language support
job search workshops, including resume writing and interview preparation
onboarding and post-hire support
ACCES Employment assists more than 40,000 job seekers annually and works with 2,500 employers. The organization receives funding from all levels of government, including the IRCC.
