New International Healthcare Worker EOI Pool under the SINP

The government of Saskatchewan launched a new International Healthcare Workers expression of interest (IHW EOI) pool under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), targeting 21 healthcare occupations.


After submitting an online form indicating they are interested in working in a selected healthcare occupation in Saskatchewan, candidates will receive a job offer that enables them to apply to the SINP’s International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer or the Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot. This new pool will help connect healthcare workers with job opportunities being offered by Saskatchewan healthcare sector employers.


The following health sector occupations are opened by the International Healthcare Workers EOI system:

  • Health Information Management Practitioner (NOC 1252)

  • Registered Nurse and Registered Psychiatric Nurse (NOC 3012)

  • Chiropractors (NOC 3122)

  • Nurse Practitioner (NOC 3124)

  • Pharmacist (NOC 3131)

  • Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist (NOC 3141)

  • Physical Therapist (NOC 3142)

  • Occupational Therapist (NOC 3143)

  • Combined Laboratory & X‐ray Technologist, Clinical Genetics Technologist, and Medical Laboratory Technologist (NOC 3211)

  • Medical laboratory technicians and pathologists' assistants (NOC 3212)

  • Respiratory Therapists, Cardiopulmonary Function Technologist, Perfusionist (NOC 3214)

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist, Medical Radiation Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NOC 3215)

  • Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (NOC 3216)
