New Brunswick government announced on March 16, 2022, that holders of Post Graduate Work Permits (PGWPs) who have completed their studies outside of the province will be eligible to apply for the NB Express Entry Stream.
Starting from April 1, 2022, PGWP holders with job offers from NB employers in a NOC related to their field of study can apply for permanent residency. However, candidates who intend to work and live in the province and meet all the requirements of the Express Entry Stream are encouraged to apply.
A Notification or Letter of Interest (LOI) will be sent to selected candidates via their Federal Express Entry account by the Province of New Brunswick. When they verify your LOI and acknowledge receipt of your message, we may send you an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream via your INB Notification Centre.
The New Brunswick Express Entry Stream is designed for foreign nationals with the skills, education, and work experience to contribute to New Brunswick's economy, who are ready to live and work in New Brunswick, and who meet the requirements for each stage of the Express Entry Stream.
