IRCC invites new Canadian citizens who were issued passports in 2021 to participate in the survey

IRCC invites applicants to participate in surveys

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited applicants on February 25, 2022 to participate in the client experience surveys.

New Canadian citizens who were issued passports in 2021 will be invited to take part in a client experience survey and this will help to improve IRCC's client services. In addition, the government of Canada is going to collect feedback from randomly selected clients who have received a decision on their application in 2021.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and will be kept confidential. Starting from March to May 2022, you may receive a call asking you to provide feedback on the Passport Program to see if their services met your expectations. You may also receive an invitation to take the survey online with your new passport. The survey will be conducted by the research firm Advanis.

It is important to know that, the invitation to complete the online survey will be included with your new passport and it will not be mailed separately. You will not receive an email invitation to complete the passport survey, unlike other government of Canada client surveys. Also note that, they won't ask for your passport details, such as your passport number or your personal financial information.
