Ontario invited candidates under two Employer Job Offer Streams

Ontario invited candidates under two Employer Job Offer Streams

The Ontario government held new draws for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) and In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IDS) on March 30, 2022.

The province issued 155 invitations to apply (ITAs) to the eligible candidates through the EJO FW Stream with a minimum score of 23. Under the EJO IDS, the province invited 65 candidates with a minimum score of 21. In total, OINP issued invitations to 8,397 candidates in 2022.

The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program uses an expression of interest system to select individuals who may meet the criteria for one of the immigration streams. These immigration streams are as follows:

  • Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

  • Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

  • Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream

  • Masters Graduate stream

  • PhD Graduate stream

If you receive an invitation to apply, it does not mean that you qualify for one of the streams. You may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your invitation to apply. Therefore, when you receive an invitation to apply, you must submit your application within 14 calendar days.

Note that you will receive an invitation to apply if you meet the Ontario's stream criteria. There is no advance notice before invitations are made available.
