Immigration, Population Growth and Skills of Newfoundland and Labrador invited employers interested in hiring Ukrainian immigrants to register for a job fair for Ukrainians on May 17, 2022.
The job fair will take place in St. John’s on Thursday, May 19. This will be the first employment event for Ukrainian newcomers who have experience in health care, food and hospitality, construction, technology, transportation, science, and professional services.
The employer's recruitment fair will be three-pronged, with morning, afternoon, and online sessions to accommodate both employers and potential candidates. Employers in various sectors will be organized by industry sector and notified if they are required to attend in the morning or afternoon.
